Owners and barbeque experts “Big” Ray Cotton and his wife Camilla opened our doors in January of 2011 with the vision of creating Allen's ultimate barbeque experience. Because we are passionate about the food we serve you, our cuisine is made up of only the finest ingredients, techniques and love.

We provide a weekly variety of pre-made family meals. Delivery is available to most of the Collin County. Pick up is also available at our Allen location.

Bubba's 33 was born in 2013 and was created by Kent Taylor, the founder of Texas Roadhouse. Our focus has always been on delicious, made-from-scratch food, friendly service and a fun atmosphere.

Born in Newark, Delaware, in 1991, Wayback symbolizes the inner “rebel,” who might not eat their veggies but holds the door for grandma EVERY TIME.
