Bag Policy
To ensure guest safety and a quicker entry into the venue, Credit Union of Texas Event Center has implemented a bag policy limiting the size and type allowed into the venue.
Credit Union of Texas Event Center has a clear bag and small clutch policy in place for the majority of events including all Allen Americans and Dallas Sidekicks games.
Approved Bags Include
- Clear bags no larger than 14" x 14" x 6"
- Wallet-sized clutch purses (with or without strap) no larger than 5.5" x 8.5"
- One-gallon Ziploc style bag
- Exceptions can be made for medically necessary items. Please contact Guest Services at 972.912.1051 with any questions or concerns.
Prohibited Items Include
- Backpacks
- Briefcases
- Coolers
- Drawstring bags
- Purses larger than 5.5" x 8.5"
- Oversized tote and mesh bags

Why did Credit Union of Texas Event Center adopt this policy?
The clear bag policy is about safety and improving the overall guest experience. Many sporting and entertainment facilities have implemented similar policies. The clear bag is easily and quickly searched, reducing faulty bag searches while allowing guests to move through security at a faster pace.
How many bags can each person bring into Credit Union of Texas Event Center?
One approved clear bag, either a one-gallon Ziploc style bag or a 14" x 14" x 6" clear bag, plus a small clutch. All approved bags, including clear bags, are subject to search.
Is the clear bag policy in place for all events at Credit Union of Texas Event Center?
The clear bag policy is in place for the majority of events, including all Allen Americans and Dallas Sidekicks games. Some events, especially concerts, may have more restrictive policies such as no bags or clutches only. Please refer to the event page of the event you are attending for the very latest information.
