Disney On Ice presents Frozen & Encanto

• All guests age 2 and older are required to have a ticket
• Car seats and strollers are not allowed inside the arena
• Costumes not permitted for guest 14 years and older

For enhanced safety and speed of entry, we strongly discourage guests from bringing bags to events. If a bag is necessary, the following rules will apply:

• Guests are allowed one clear bag that is no larger than 14" x 14" x 6" or a one gallon clear plastic bag.
• Guests are also allowed a small clutch purse that is no larger than 5.5" x 8.5"
• A diaper bag is allowed for children two years of age and younger

Additional Information

Only debit card, credit card and mobile payment are accepted inside Credit Union of Texas Event Center. 

Free parking is available in the South Parking Garage.
