The Americans signed an affiliation with the NHL’s San Jose Sharks and AHL’s Worcester Sharks in September of 2014 when they became part of the ECHL. The Americans are currently affiliated with the NHL's Seattle Kraken.
The Dallas Sidekicks are a Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) team. The Sidekicks played from 1984 until 2004 before making a comeback in 2012.
